I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it was located in a very convenient spot, right in the center of the city. It was across the street from a museum and located close to local shops and transportation. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and seating area. The cleanliness was impressive and the staff was friendly. Additionally, I appreciated the easy access to a microwave.

Right in the centre of the city, across from a museum, this hotel has a perfect location for exploring. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean, well-equipped bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. Guests can relax by the pool or enjoy the view of the city from their rooms.

The noise from the nearby market can be bothersome at times.

Enjoyed the complementary Easter breakfast and festive decorations in the lobby. the hotel was conveniently located near local shops and transportation. Also loved the comfortable beds and great shower pressure.

Noise from other guests and parties made it difficult to sleep at times. the pool was not very clean and was too cold to enjoy.

I recently stayed at Siglo 21 and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, especially if you're looking for something in the north of the city. It was also very affordable and conveniently close to malls and the road to Progreso. The Wi-Fi worked well, the pool was clean, and the staff were helpful. The best part was the spacious rooms and excellent service. Plus, having grocery stores, restaurants, and a bus stop to Progreso right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient. They even provided complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter vacation. It was conveniently located near a mall and local shops, making it easy to access everything we needed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which was a major plus. The room service was also good, with the cleaning staff doing a decent job of making the beds and tidying up. We stayed at Hotel Siglo 21 for a few nights for a great price! The staff was really helpful and our room was surprisingly large. The service was excellent and we loved relaxing by the pool. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. Plus, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel that took us to the beach in Progreso. In the morning, we enjoyed the included coffee and pastries. a fantastic stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, local shops, and public transportation. The rooms and facilities are kept very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool and seating area are great places to relax and there is even a microwave available for guests to use.

The noise level can be quite high at times as there have been instances of loud parties and guests talking loudly during the night. The breakfast could be better as it is only a light continental option.

Convenient location near malls and the road to Progreso, clean pool, good Wi-Fi connection.
